County of Wetaskiwin - Road Use Agreement & Permit Adjustments
Effective Tuesday, May 16th, 2023 the County of Wetaskwin will be implementing the following changes to their current Road Use Agreement (RUA) and permitting process:
- Road Use Agreements will be processed by Roadata Services Ltd. Any current RUA that has been processed through the County directly will expire on December 31st, 2023.
- Multiple Legal Load permits will now be required for all moves consisting of 4 or more loads into a location within 24 hours or 10 or more loads into a location within 48 hours.
Effective, Thursday, June 1st, 2023 all moves, regardless who they are for, will require a site specific RUA which can be coordinated through Roadata Services Ltd.
